At Least 17 Bodies Recovered, 25 Injured In Abule-Ado Pipeline Explosion At least 17 bodies have been recovered, while 25 casualties are being treated for injuries from the pipeline explosion that rocked Abule-Ado area of Lagos state on Sunday. This is according to the Director-General of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, who gave preliminary reports in a statement. He stated that the raging fire had displaced several residents who fled their abodes for fear of being caught up in the inferno. 2. Those Who Have Hand In Abule-Ado Blast Must Be Punished – Tinubu National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has condemned the pipeline explosion in Abule-Ado area of Lagos, demanding that those who have hands in the incident should be punished. In a statement on Sunday from his Media Office, signed by Tunde Rahman, Tinubu commiserated with families and relations of those who lost their lives in the unfortunate occurrence. All those who had a hand in this explosion, including those who acted in ways to put lives at risk and hard-earned possessions in jeopardy must be punished, no matter how highly placed they may be, he insisted.
